Our Phase A (Yellow Belt) curriculum focuses on the foundational elements of the system, creating a base of movements that will inform practitioners in nearly every way going forward. As Krav Maga builds upon itself, many advanced techniques can be traced back to movements first learned in this course.

Phase B (Orange Belt) curriculum advances practitioners through more proficient skills in adding counterattacks to their defenses, an important element within our principle-based system.

A cumulative course that encompasses proficiency in both Yellow and Orange belt curriculum, with the addition of Green Belt material. Instructors who successfully pass this course are considered experts in self defense.

Expert 1 (Blue Belt) curriculum introduces weapon defenses, including handgun, knife, and stick. This course also builds on more advanced variations of kicks and ground defenses learned in Phases A-C.

Expert 2 (Brown Belt) adds more advanced weapon defense variations that build upon Expert 1 curriculum and introduces long gun defenses. Passing this certification allows instructors to begin courses that will prepare them for Black Belt.

After completing at least two courses to prepare, instructors are invited to test for their Black Belt by invitation only. 1st Dan Black Belt demonstrates a comprehensive expertise across all previous courses, in Yellow through Brown Belt curriculum. Successfully passing allows instructors to train for 2nd Dan Black Belt with fresh curriculum, and subsequently 3rd Dan Black Belt curriculum upon passing. All ranks awarded past 3rd Dan Black Belt are incdredibly few and honorable through vast and extensive service to the Krav Maga Worldwide Community.

Krav Maga Worldwide’s Civilian Law Enforcement Instructor Courses are designed for certified Krav Maga instructors who want to expand their expertise and effectively teach law enforcement professionals. These courses focus on adapting Krav Maga techniques to meet the specific demands of law enforcement work, including officer safety, threat neutralization, and tactical application in high-pressure scenarios.

The Courage Coaching Course is a transformative 12-month program designed to create powerful self awareness, forge the mental and emotional resilience required to lead with authority, teach with confidence, and support local Krav Maga communities. This course isn’t just about building better instructors—it’s about creating extraordinary leaders who can deploy invaluable skill sets to support the Krav Maga Worldwide community.
