About KMW Insider
KMW Insider was launched exclusively for active students from certified Krav Maga Worldwide training centers to continue learning and practicing techniques, get a great workout, and prep for their next level while training centers are temporarily closed. Lessons include tips on how to train without a partner using dry training, visualization, and mirror drills.
The Krav Maga Worldwide Academy is an immersive online training community that has been providing Krav Maga courses to students around the world for the past 7 years. The new KMW Insider section of the Academy includes regularly updated Krav Maga and Fitness classes to support the tens of thousands of Krav Maga Worldwide students.
KMW Insider includes FREE lessons for Krav Maga Levels 1, 2, and Advanced, which are updated every week and follow the official KMW curriculum. We’ll also roll out additional content, including fitness classes, to help you be safe and strong as you continue your training at home.
Kids Training
In addition to KMW Insider, we are giving all active KMW students FREE access to the Krav Maga Worldwide Academy online Kids Self-Defense course. This is a great resource for keeping your kids active.
